Cinematic Family Session - The Moores

Last Fall I had the honor of photographing my long-time wedding industry friend, Adrienne from The Bloom of Time, and her family. It’s always a high compliment to photograph a family you have seen grow over the years so I was excited to get a chance to capture them all together.

Adrienne and I are a pair of similar souls (two Pisces seeing each other’s souls clearly – perhaps?) and when we work together on a project it is usually a very fulfilling one. It’s a feeling I think that can be hard to put into words! So when Adrienne came to me looking for photos, she had a vision and I helped bring that to life. We aimed for something along the lines of a ‘Cinematic Family Session.’

We met up at a nearby park with some small props and a blanket (nothing extravagent needed for beautiful photos!). Everything came out sun-drenched and warm, something we planned for on purpose. All of these images have a cinematic quality to them and I love that they have these family photos to cherish for this moment in time.
